Grandma's 96th Birthday

Hey Everyone!  Thanks for stopping by to check out another one of my cards.  This card is a very special one.  Anytime you get to make cards for a 96th Birthday is incredible honour.  I look forward to making her a card for each of her birthdays.  It's a thing Ive been doing for my Grandma for her last 6 birthdays, and I can't wait to make her one next year too!

This card was a great one!  As I made this card and was trying to decide how to put this onto the card front, I realized that the number is the same both ways.  But finally I decided on this way!

I also thought that it would be a good time to play along with the Seize the Birthday Challenge, so I entered this card in that challenge.

Supplies Used

Paper Trimmer - used to cut the card base and the layers of the card

Bone Folder - used to fold and crease the card base

Tim Holtz Scissors - used to cut the ribbon, and the double sided tape

EK Success Tweezers - used to help assemble and position the flowers on the card front, and to help position the doodlebug sprinkles.

Double Sided Tape - used to attach the various layers to the card front

Ranger Matte Medium - used to attach the flowers together

Cuttle Bug Machine - used with the dies to cut out the flowers, and the rectangles

MFT Pierced Rectangle Die  - used to cut out the numbers, and for the mat around the numbers

MFT Gerbra Daisy - used to cut out the floral embellishments on this card front (unfortunately I wasn't able to find a source for this product)

Yellow Ribbon - used around the card front

Shimmer Spray - used to add shine to the daisies on the card front

Black Numbers and Letters - used for the numbers on the card front (not the exact product but linked to something similar)

Doodlebug Sprinkles - used to add embellishments onto the card front

Floral Cardstock - used for the background paper (no link available because this is from my scraps)

White Cardstock - used for the card base, to attach the numbers onto, and to cut the flowers our of

Yellow Polka Dot Cardstock - used for the middles of the flowers

Purple Plaid Cardstock - used for the mat for the number (not an exact product, but linked to something similar)

Pink Cardstock - used to mat the floral paper with
